SPEAK

Speak up and cause waves. Do not normalize what is happening. Let people know where you stand even in instances where it seems to change nothing. In those cases, you have both shown that such things are not accepted by all, and shown those who need it that you support them. Speak for those who can't and in spaces where they can't. Do not put your head down just to get along.
